All pricing shown is per month except where noted and is based on a 1 year service contract. Payment terms are monthly, quarterly or annually based on the customers preference at time contract is executed. All Payment terms are Net 10 days from the date of the Invoice.
Pricing for network service is per company location. Each separate business location requires an additional fee based on the above pricing structure. Should additional workstations or servers be added to the network during the length of the contract, an additional fee will apply for each item added to the service agreement and fees will be prorated based on the remaining length of the contract.
Prices are valid on customer locations within 50 miles of WEBIT Services Batavia corporate headquarters. Any locations outside of service area will require special pricing considerations including but not limited to travel time and expenses. Any service performed after all services commitments have been used will be billed at the regular hourly rate in addition to the monthly service package fee unless an otherwise specified rate is included in that package. All packages can be customized to fit individual needs. Please call for a custom quote if you don't see the service requirements listed here.
Customer will only be billed at an hourly rate AFTER they have exceeded their allotted time usage per their contracted rate for any particular month. Customer will be notified that an hourly rate will apply before any work has begun.
