General Questions

How can we sign up for service?

Before we have any client sign a service contract, we recommend scheduling a free site evaluation. At that time we will identify any outstanding issues that need to be corrected or upgraded before we will take over supporting the network.

By identifying and correcting these issues we will then be able to guarantee our service level from the point a contract is signed. This also will ensure your network is running optimally and securely as soon as possible.

We will deliver a proposal for correcting the issues and upon acceptance we will then schedule a time for a site visit to perform the installation or upgrades as necessary. Some clients may not need this step depending on the technology already in place.

Once the network has been brought up to standard, a contract will be presented based on your specific needs and the amount and type of hardware present. All that remains is for the client to sign the contract and prepay the first month of service.

What can we expect at the initial site visit?

During the initial visit, our technician will perform a systems audit and will document any problems that need to be addressed in order to ensure the stability of your network prior to signing the service agreement. These issues can include:

Are Service Contracts required? If so for how long?

Although the best value for our clients is in our available service agreements, we do not require our clients to be under contract to request service. Clients who wish to use us on a time and materials basis may do so and our rates are posted in the IT Service Plans section of our website.

Do clients get discounts on services?

Clients under contract receive discounts for any services hourly based projects not included in their contract and on labor charges for any services that go over their contracted amount.

How many on-site visits are covered in your contracts?

To keep our pricing affordable, our services are designed to minimize the need for on-site visits. Our entry level Basic/IT plan includes 1 on-site visit per month and our other plans include additional site visits. Each plan can always be customized under to a Custom/IT plan that fits your company needs.

How do I submit a Support Request?

What if we go over our contract limit on Support?

All levels of our service contracts include unlimited telephone and email support and a generous number of monthly remote support incidents as well as at least 1 on-site visit. With our proactive support approach we rarely have clients go over their allotted support requests but should that occur we will always notify you before any work is done that may incur an additional charge.

What if we want to give your service a "test drive" first?

We never require a client sign a contract before we perform service. If you'd like to try us out on a time and materials basis we would welcome your business. We also give all contracted clients 30 days to decide if we're the right fit for their organization. We want to earn your business and if at anytime during a contract you are not happy with our service we will do whatever we can to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Our goal is to have a happy customer and keep them for a long term business relationship.

With offices based in Batavia and Aurora Illinois, our IT Service area encompasses a majority of the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago.
